The business itself is a franchise based off of Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company. Founded in 1992, Market America has more than three million preferred customers and 180,000 distributors and franchise business owners around the world.
“We have been involved with it just in the last year,” said Charles. “What we were looking for was another source of income. We have a couple of kids getting ready for college, and while working our daily job for someone else, we had to find something that could supplement our income and that we could do part time. This has allowed us to do that.”

We can also help other Chamber members, whether it be a Website, because we have a division that handles Websites, or with speeding up your payments on your home loans or business loans. We also have a program that handles that.”
Overall, both Charles and Janet feel that their business is the smartest way for people to do their online shopping.
“People are happy with their service and the money they are getting back,” said Janet . “They like the convenience of online shopping and they are doing it anyways. We are showing them a better way to do it and providing for their needs.”
