Weiss Development is unveiling two new luxury models at Lincolnshire Place, an established condominium community at the scenic Village Green that’s walking distance to dining, shopping and biking.
Buyers can get model home upgraded amenities, displayed in both showcased homes in the Lincolnshire community, at no extra cost through June.
Known for offering its customers the very latest trends in new products, Weiss Development does not disappoint with these new models. All the interior products and features described here are part of the model home promotion and available to all buyers free of charge.
Well-received appointments include hardwood floors in a choice of mahogany, maple or elm, with a variety of finishes such as hand-scraped or distressed wood that is diagonally installed. Rich wood floors cover living, dining, kitchen, breakfast, foyer and powder rooms.
In the kitchen, owners will enjoy the newest Kohler Vault stainless steel single-bowl sink in a sleek contemporary design with an Evoke faucet. Buyers may choose either breakfast area buffet cabinets or a computer desk in glazed chocolate cabinetry topped in granite. An impressive backsplash in a glass and marble blend is a stylish addition.
