When new home shoppers visit a model home, they typically fall in love with it because it features beautiful furnishings and the most stylish product and design trends.

Now Weiss Development is allowing buyers to transform their homes into models by choosing from a myriad of products proudly displayed in two new stunning models at Lincolnshire Place, an established condominium community at the scenic Village Green in Lincolnshire.

Many model home upgrades displayed in both showcased homes can be had at no extra cost through June. Known for always offering their customers the very latest trends in new products, Weiss Development does not disappoint with these new impressive models. All the interior products and features described here are part of the model home promotion and available to all buyers free of charge.

Well-received appointments include hardwood floors in a choice of mahogany, maple or elm, with a variety of finishes such as hand scraped or distressed wood that is diagonally installed. Rich wood floors cover living, dining, kitchen, breakfast, foyer and powder rooms.

In the kitchen, owners will enjoy the newest Kohler “Vault” stainless steel single bowl sink in a sleek contemporary design with an Evoke faucet. Buyers may choose either breakfast area buffet cabinets or a computer desk in glazed chocolate cabinetry topped in granite. An impressive backsplash in a glass and marble blend is a stylish addition.

Kitchens feature the Jenn-Air stainless steel appliance package consisting of a dishwasher, micro hood microwave, slide-in range with convection oven, as well as the brand new counter-depth French door refrigerator with interior ice and water dispenser.

Beautiful ceramic tile walls accented by stone and glass mosaic tile listelles enhance the spacious master bath. There’s also dramatic oil rubbed bronze trimmed shower enclosure and all cabinets have dovetail drawers with soft close.

Lincolnshire Place is an intimate two-building condominium community with only 62 units priced from mid $300,000 to $800,000 that’s walking distance to dining, shopping and biking. The elegant 2,350 square foot Model C corner unit featuring two bedrooms plus a den and 2½ baths is open for touring. The sun-filled combination living room, dining room and kitchen breakfast area are surrounded by windows letting the sun permeate the space.

One enters the elegant coffered ceiling foyer; walks through the hallway and to the right are the open kitchen with granite breakfast bar and a breakfast room with access to a balcony. On the other side, the den has access to a second balcony, and there is a large master bedroom suite with two walk-in closets with custom closets by Closet Works, the master bath with Kohler soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower and two-sink granite vanity.

Showcasing an octagonal bay window, the second master bedroom suite with private bath is located beyond the foyer providing added privacy. This floor plan includes two indoor heated garage spots in tandem and is priced from $569.000.

Another model worth a tour is the contemporary two-bedroom, 2½-bath Model A. Creating a sense of arrival is a distinctive foyer with its coffered ceiling and arched entry. To the right are the entry walk-in closet and the powder room and to the left is a contemporary kitchen with coffee-stained, raised panel wood cabinets.

The kitchen has a stainless appliance package and an added feature to the classic kitchen triangle is the unique nook adjacent to the kitchen which serves either as a computer center home office or additional eating space.

The dining room flows into an open living room with an alcove for an entertainment center. The entire living, dining and kitchen are tied together by low maintenance Kahrs wood floors. The A floor plan is priced from $359,900.

Buyers can choose from seven designs featuring two to three bedrooms, two to 3½ baths ranging from 1,785 to 3,250 square feet. Most homes may be custom finished to suit the buyers taste, but those needing immediate occupancy have three units to choose from.
