As part of its “StyleSmart” program, M/I Homes is offering up to $7,350 in optional designer features at all of its suburban Chicago townhome communities.
Available designer options include custom interior paint finishes, designer trim molding, classic two-inch faux wood blinds, decorative cabinet crown molding, and Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerators.
“Moving in to a new home is a terrific, exciting experience,” said Cheryl Bonk, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes. “But there is also a lot to think about. StyleSmart makes the experience more fun, since the budget-straining, time-consuming details are already squared away.”
“By adding designer features like crown molding and custom paint, the house becomes a home — your home — more easily,” she said.
StyleSmart, M/I Homes’ suite of design offerings, includes design centers filled with finishes and materials, an online option gallery, and on-site design specialists to help buyers create the right combinations of options to meet buyers’ budget and tastes.
“One of the many advantages of buying a new home — instead of a ‘used’ house — is that you get to customize it to your tastes,” said Bonk. “And people love the idea of receiving up to $7,350 in free options,” she said.
Base prices at the M/I townhome communities range from $149,990 to $307,990. Floor plans range from 955 to 3,504 square feet.
M/I Homes of Chicago currently offers upscale townhomes at Easton Park in Carol Stream, Shelburne Crossing in Winfield, Church Street Station in Hanover Park, Sheffield Square in Orland Park, The Plaza on New York in Aurora, Savannah Crossing in Aurora, Mayfair in Naperville, Sutton Ridge in Streamwood, and Whitmore Place in St. Charles.
