Strong sales of 54 homes over the past 18 months gave the company the confidence it needed to build a brand new decorated model, according to Alladin Nassar, vice president of Meadowbrook Homes.

This new two-story model in Arbor Lakes in Minooka and is served by Minooka School District 201 and Minooka Community High School.

Within Arbor Lakes, Meadowbrook offers 18 single-family floor plans that provide 1,620 to more than 3,105 square feet of luxurious living space, and are priced from $169,900 to $229,900.

“We believe that pricing our homes $70,000 less than we did back in 2006, and filling them with standard features like granite countertops and partial basements, are the reasons families are making us the most successful builder in Minooka,” said Nassar. “The final item that pushes us over the top is the $10,000 cash rebate each of our customers receives at closing.”

Arbor Lake’s landscaped entry marker is on the west side of Ridge Road, approximately

1½ miles south of Interstate 80 or a mile north of Route 6, and approximately five minutes from Interstate 55.

Large ¼-acre lots allow homes to be built with three-car garages, and many of the lots are adjacent to the community’s two lakes that are stocked with fish.

Meadowbrook also offers homebuyers the opportunity to customize any available floor plan. No alteration is too complex. Homes can be expanded, additional volume ceilings can be incorporated, and interior and exterior walls can be relocated.
