This stand-alone ranch home with a base price of $219,990 has 1,755 square feet of stair-free living space and features two bedrooms, two baths, den and 2½-car attached garage. A 455-square-foot fenced in private courtyard, a covered porch off the master bedroom suite, and architecturally significant ceilings are also on display.
