A new professionally-decorated, ranch-style villa model is now open for viewing at the Villas at Vale Park community in Valparaiso.
The Canterbury model, base-priced at $209,990, displays stone and fiber cement-board siding, brick architectural accents and appealing rooflines. Because of clever design, each four-unit building looks like a large, luxury single-family home when viewed from any angle.
The stair-free 1,886-square-foot Canterbury includes two bedrooms, a den/study and two full baths. Amenities include a finished veranda, upgraded maple cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic floor tile and a fireplace in family room.
The Canterbury’s great room has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, expansive windows topped with a half-circle transom window, and French doors for access to a large finished veranda.
