The Boyne has been one of Malone and Moloney’s most popular models and continues to be with its large and unique ranch style design.

Upon entering on a tour, prospective buyers may be impressed by the soaring double-sided fireplace extending up to the cathedral ceiling. The open floor plan provides for great entertaining.

The upgraded Boyne II has many features included in the price, including a three-car garage, all granite counter tops, ceramic tile, oak doors/trim and more.

From the outside, they see the soaring angled front with floor to ceiling windows makes a distinct impression. Inside, the home has an innovative combination living room and great room. The open floor plan has a living room that flows into a great room with cathedral ceilings. An elegant fireplace makes a great focal point between the two spaces. The great room flows into the dining room, which is also open.

This layout makes it easy for residents to entertain guests, with plenty of room for larger groups and open plan keeps the space feeling large and airy, even with lots of guests.

The kitchen adjoins the dining room, and its design makes it a chef’s paradise. Besides ample custom oak kitchen cabinets for storage, the kitchen has lots of counter space, including a large center island. This allows for an ample prep area or a spot for setting a buffet for feeding lots of guests. Granite countertops make clean up easy, and a double bowl stainless steel sink give the cook lots of space for washing fruits and vegetables for parties and dinners.

Boyne II owners can extend their entertaining outside as well, so taking advantage of beautiful weather is easy. The open floor plan lets guests flow in and out. The dining room flows into a sun room at the back of the home, which has doors out to the backyard patio. The sun room also offers another spot for guests, and can be the perfect spot for kids to play.

The Boyne II’s three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are separated from the “public” areas of the home. The bedrooms are tucked away in the back of the house, allowing them to remain private even when there is a house full of guests. The master bedroom suite is the perfect retreat after a party, with a large walk-in closet and a private bath with a skylight and an optional whirlpool tub. The bedroom also has tray ceilings, an architectural detail that lends sophistication to the suite.

The home has many other standard features and details. The main bathroom has a vaulted ceiling, the kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and bathrooms have ceramic tile flooring, and the rest of the house has deluxe carpeting. Oak doors and trim and energy-saving kitchen appliances, including dishwasher and continuous-cleaning gas range, are also included in the base price of the home.
