Buyers seeking an immediate-occupancy residence can lock in 5 percent down payment financing and receive two free parking spaces valued at $9,500 at Wolf Ridge Condominiums, a unique city-owned new-construction 60-unit residential development in downtown Northlake.

“For a limited time, the developer — the City of Northlake — is offering to give the buyers both a heated indoor parking space and an outdoor parking space,” said Paul Dincin, partner in Catapult Real Estate Group, the exclusive marketing agent for Wolf Ridge Condominiums, located at 77 N. Wolf Road just north of North Avenue (Route 64).

The heated indoor parking is valued at $7,500, and the outdoor spaced is worth $2,000, Dincin said.

“Thirty-year fixed-rate conventional financing is available for qualified buyers at 4.95 percent interest with a low 5 percent down payment.” said Jeffrey T. Sherwin, Mayor of Northlake.

The Phase II sales at Wolf Ridge Condominium currently are underway. Twenty-one immediate-occupancy luxury condominiums have been released for sale, said Terrie Whittaker, director of brokerage services for Catapult Realty. Twenty-four units already are sold and occupied in Phase I of the development.

Two-bedroom residences with one or two baths and 1,180 to 1,463 square feet of living area are offered at Wolf Ridge. Prices begin at $149,900 for the most affordable two-bedroom, one-bath layout and at $174,900 for the most affordable two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan. Monthly assessments range from $249 to $280.

“The city of Northlake developed Wolf Ridge to provide new market-rate housing in the suburb, and this unique community offers homes with developer stability and a warranty of quality,” said Dincin. “Buyers will have the security of knowing the city of Northlake is there to stand behind and warrant the quality of this building.”
