After selling 114 beautiful maintenance-free townhomes at Colette Highlands in Orland Park, T.J. Cachey Builders is down to its last eight homes within the heavily landscaped community.

One of the most popular floor plans available for purchase at Colette Highlands is the $240,000 Devlin model. This three-level home is designed to maximize the rolling terrain on which it is built.
