Villas at Fox Run in Plainfield will host its 2013 Parade of Homes on April 7 from noon to 5 p.m., and event held yearly to allow potential homebuyers the opportunity to view models from both the Cathedral Series and Courtyard Series of homes.

Villas at Fox Run homes are set in a specially landscaped environment and are designed to meet the needs of busy professionals or those looking to downsize. In addition, these ranch-style homes in a maintenance-free community allow the homeowner more time to do what they enjoy rather than what they would have to do if they lived elsewhere.

“This once-a-year event allows us to show potential homebuyers both decorated models as well as a number of personally owned homes that are not normally available for tour,” said Fox Run sales manager Kelly Hurst. “Many people have never had the chance to see the interior of occupied homes. It provides a great opportunity to speak with current homeowners as well as see different furniture layouts and ideas.”

Representing the line of stand-alone homes offered at Villas at Fox Run are the 1,516 square-foot Palazzo, the 1,754 square-foot Portico, and the 1,994 square-foot Promenade. Depending on the floor plan, base prices range from $214,990 to $244,990.

Each of these ranch homes have a dry-walled 2½ car garage, tray ceilings, panoramic windows and optional fireplaces. For maximum privacy, the free-standing single-family homes do not share any common walls with their neighbors. Plus, each of these homes have direct access to a private landscaped courtyard, which creates a unique, private outdoor entertainment area.

In addition to stand-alone homes, Villas at Fox Run also has two attached floor plans constructed in a pinwheel format, allowing each home to”live” as an end unit. Both the Abbey, a 1,718-square foot home base-priced at $199,990, and the Canterbury, an 1,816-square foot home base-priced at $214,990, display stone and fiber-cement-board siding, brick architectural accents, and appealing rooflines. Because of clever design, each building looks like a large, luxury single-family home when viewed from any angle.

All of the ranch homes offered at Villas at Fox Run come standard with such as raised-panel interior doors with colonial trim, lever handles, and ceramic floor tile in the entry foyer, and an appliance package. All Villas at Fox Run ranch homes feature central air conditioning, energy-efficient gas forced air heating and a quick recovery 50-gallon water heater.

Residents have access tp the community clubhouse and heated in-ground swimming pool. The clubhouse offers a decorated and furnished social room, fireplace, equipped kitchen, fitness center, flat-screen televisions, a pool table and shower-equipped restroom facilities.

Villas at Fox Run sales center and models at 16651 S. Fox Run Circle are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Located adjacent to the new Edwards Outpatient Facility, the community is off Route 59 and Dayfield Drive, one mile south of Renwick Road and one mile north of Caton Farm Road.
