Eight new three-bedroom, 2½-bath “G” luxury home floor plans were recently unveiled at the sales office at Meadow Ridge, an upscale community in Northbrook on the North Shore.

Joe Giampa of Gibson, Giampa & Partners, Inc., the exclusive marketing agent for the KZF Development at Meadow Ridge, said this new duplex-style home features a first-floor master suite, a large great room with vaulted ceiling, dining room, breakfast area and generous “backwards-basement” storage on the second floor.

“The G luxury home floor plan is a direct result of all the best design ideas, suggestions and personal feedback from prospective buyers,” said Giampa. “It is so hot we have already taken five contracts for this new plan in just three weeks and anticipate more after such great interest from buyers at the recent unveiling last weekend. Buyers need to act fast because there are only 12 homesites available for this plan and seven are already sold.”

Residence G features 2,457 to 2,850 square feet of living space, showcasing more than 1,640 square feet of living space on the first floor alone. Residence G is preconstruction-priced from $625,000.

Upon entering the G residence guests are welcomed by a dining room which opens to both the expansive family room with vaulted ceiling and spacious kitchen with breakfast area. The 21-by-14 1/3-foot family room is the star feature of this floor plan with an optional 36-inch wide fireplace and flush hearth.

The spacious kitchen features an optional island and opens to the breakfast area. A door leads from the breakfast room to an outdoor patio.

The impressive first-floor master suite is on the opposite side of the home and features a room-sized walk-in closet and a private master bath with his and hers sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower with a seat.

A powder room, laundry room and two closets complete the first floor of the G residence.

Upstairs there are two more spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets and access to a full bath and linen closet. There is an additional 393-square-foot bonus space that can be finished, or it can be used as a “backwards basement” or a second floor storage room.

In addition to the new G floor plan, visitors can also tour the popular Residence A model which is available for immediate occupancy.

It features 2,390 square feet of living area that can be expanded to 2,767 square feet. The home includes three bedrooms and 2½ baths, a first-floor private den/study, dining room, family room and kitchen with breakfast area. Priced base priced at $595,000. Residence A is available for immediate occupancy.
