Like father, like son – Alan Kossof and his father Teddie Kossof manage Teddie Kossof Salon Spa in Northfield, where a client base has provided a loyal following since the 1970s.
The duo’s latest charitable venture is the 2012 Fall Trend Fashion Event 10.11.12 at Willow Festival Pinstripes on Oct. 11, where the salon’s designers will coif the look of the event’s runway models.
The show will feature Teddie Kossof private label signature products.
Alan Kossof said the hairdressers “love working with their clients, but when they have the opportunity to be creative and step outside, they really get into it.”
The 2012 Fall Trend Fashion Event features other North Shore names like Neiman Marcus, Enaz Northfield and the Lake Forest Shop.
The Pioneer Press 2012 Fall Trend Fashion Event takes place at Pinstripes in Northbrook on 10.11.12 at 6 p.m. Tickets sales benefit Ronald McDonald House charities.
