With the passing of Murphy, Dolan continued the tradition and, with sons Daniel T., Brian and Ryan Dolan, expanded in scope and geography. Daniel T. has branched out into development and Brian runs the brokerage division as well as partnering with brother, Dan in property management. Ryan has followed in father Dan’s footsteps, specializing in land and partnership formation.

In the past few years Dolan & Murphy has brought on a great core group of young and talented agents. Daniel J. Dolan in 2006 brought in the third generation of Dolans to the firm and is involved in the sale of large land tracts as well as development sites and commercial/industrial properties. in 2012 , John Daniel Dolan, added to the third generation Dolans as he began his career as the newest Broker in the firm, he will specialize in commercial/industrial land sites as well as improved properties and farm/development land sites.

Wendy Brennan, while raising two children, is working part-time as technical support as well as being a licensed agent. On the technical support side, Dana Peterson has been director of technical support for more than 20 years and serves as executive secretary. Ruth Jenkins heads up the Dolan & Murphy Management Division, currently in charge of close to a million square feet of commercial and industrial properties. Cheryl Kessler, joined Dolan & Murphy in 2005 as executive assistant to the sales team as well as Management Department.

After four years of difficult times in the Real Estate industry, Dolan & Murphy Inc. senses a positive turn in the market as interest has picked up in most phases of their business.
