Lanstiak helped the Flyers to a pair of regional victories over both Michigan Tech (7-2) and Lake Superior State (8-1), as the Hungarian native went 4-0, dropping a total of six games in all four matches. At No. 1 singles, she upended both Michigan Tech's Natalia Lebedeva (6-0, 6-2) and Lake Superior State's Adrienne DiVito (6-0, 6-1).

In doubles play, Lanstiak teamed up with senior Bayley Brown (Evansville, Ind./Evansville Central) at No. 1 doubles for the 8-1 triumph over Michigan Tech's Kira Eck and Lebedeva. Against Lake Superior State, Lanstiak matched up with classmate Zsofia Kranczicki (Eger, Hungary/Szilagyi Erzsebet Gimnazium es Kollegium) at No. 1 doubles for the 8-2 triumph over DiVito and Tess Marton.

"Zso has been playing fantastic tennis since the end of last fall," Lewis head women's tennis coach Brett Bridel said. "Her game has really picked up and she's playing lights out tennis in both singles and doubles."

Lanstiak, who is ranked 35th in the nation, owns a singles record of 15-2 and is a combined 16-2 in doubles play, where she is third in the nation with Kranczicki.

Lewis returns to action on Saturday (Feb. 25), as the Flyers head to Michigan City, Ind., to participate in the NAC Invite, hosted by Saint Joseph's. First serve for Saturday's match against William Jewell is set for 12 p.m. (CST).
