All aboard! The Oswego Holiday Express is preparing for the North Pole.
Put on your pajamas, don your warmest apparel, grab your tickets, and take a magical journey with the Oswegoland Park District this December. The Holiday Express trolleys will be taking families through the woods and wilderness, all the way to the top of the world on Friday, Dec. 14, Saturday, Dec. 15, and Sunday, Dec. 16.
Children will listen in amazement as Chris Van Allsburg’s “Polar Express” story is read to them on the way to wonderland. Once you arrive at the top of the world, real reindeer will greet you, hot cocoa and a bonfire will warm you, seasonal music will put you in the holiday spirit, and twinkling lights are sure to make everyone believe.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there too, and after Santa hears everyone’s “All I Want for Christmas” list, children will receive a special keepsake bell to remember their trip.
Tickets for the journey to the North Pole are $10 for Oswegoland Park District residents; $15 for non-residents. Tickets can be purchased by phone at (630) 554-1010 or online at www.oswegolandparkdistrict.org through Sunday, Nov. 25. Beginning Monday, Nov. 26, all ticket purchases must be made in person at our Boulder Point facility, Zero Boulder Hill Pass, Montgomery.
The Oswegoland Park District wishes you and yours a happy holiday season, and we hope you will join us for this unforgettable holiday experience.
